taking photos of better photos

Perks of Chicago: Access to fancy art galleries that have "Free Tuesdays" for students.
Yay

I have mixed feelings towards art galleries -- similar feelings are evoked when I go to the zoo

You have nice hair, Sam
Why should we place art on public display in pristine museums guarded by bored employees?

Victorian IKEA
why is this art worth all this fuss?
look its a photograph of a photograph of photographers

a well lit box full of old jugs
why won't the bored guards let my wear my backpack as a backpack?

noseless Romans
Why must I carry it?

The original goths. Kids these days just really don't know their roots
What difference does that make?

Again, you have pretty hair Sam.
Art galleries/museums are exhausting
too much to process
too much selective lighting

I'm just glad this one had windows

lately

Lately I've, thankfully, been getting back into shooting photos on my "real" cameras, not just on my iPhone.
The creative process for me is pretty much a constant ebb and flow -- consistently, predictably, and evermore staggered between times of full-on inspiration, and the following dry unmotivated periods
Here's some "real photos" from my Rebel.
